Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lucky Lasso pieces. If the fit isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Size Exchanges

• We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your requested size is sold out, we'll gladly offer store credit or a full refund.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we'll cover shipping on your replacement.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method.
